Hi, I'm Rachel!
I believe having courage is vital because it's an integral part of every success. It takes courage to do things well –to be humble, faithful, brave, understanding, kind, or loving.
It takes courage to be ourselves, to be creative and vulnerable about who we are and what we take pride in making.
It is courage that calls us to take a stand against injustice and gives us our voices to speak out.
For me, this means I believe in staying slightly uncomfortable in life, because it creates the opportunity for growth. I would love it if you would join me on my journey of Food and Courage.

We’ve been passionate about the fight against human trafficking ever since we became aware of its existence, and that’s why 10% of all our profits from Food and Courage go directly to organizations focused on ending this global crisis.
It’s our way of being part of something that can have a direct impact in helping make people’s lives better. It might just be a little flour and sugar, but every bit helps—and you get to enjoy your cookies, knowing that with each bite, you’re helping too.
